Generative Design
By simplifying reaction diffusion into a set of variables and inputs the pattern can be applied to any unique shape. With control of the parameters we tested the limits of the algorithm to understand its full capabilities. Through a rigorous form finding process we developed a final output that embodied a cumulative sum of our findings in each detail.

Mushroom Series
Inspired by mushroom gills, this radial pattern can adapt with different curvature and ridge density.
Wedge Series
Originating from the mushroom series, this form is freed from the circular edge allowing for linear aggregation.
Pouch Series
This form creates a dynamic pattern both vertically and horizontally. Its structure allows for kinetic properties when made with elastic materials.
