Methods of modern fabrication were tested to optimize production efficiency and explore the limits of machine making. We developed a process of manufacturing that allowed us to reproduce complex forms with great accuracy. By combining the use of 3d printing, mold making and casting, the rate of production was increased significantly. Continuously repeating the process revealed certain limitations of materials and machines.
